We shall begin a National Mission for Skill Development to enable our young men and women find more productive opportunities for employment and self-employment.

The goal of our economic policy will be – EMPLOYMENT, MORE EMPLOYMENT AND STILL MORE EMPLOYMENT.

We shall initiate the equivalent of the Golden Quadrilateral in Education and Healthcare.

We seek the support of the youth of India in the coming elections.

The IT Vision Document is aimed at ensuring that the benefits of IT Revolution reach to the Youth & Students of India. Youth of India is the future of the country. We need to enrich & empower our youth and give all required infrastructure & support.. Following steps would be taken by the BJP led government at centre:

1. Over 1.20 Crore new IT-enabled jobs in rural India. This will create jobs for our youth in their own villages, without the need of migrating to cities & Metros.

2. Over 1 Crore students to get laptop computers at Rs.10,000. Interest-free loan for anyone unable to afford it. This will be a dream come true for many of our talented youth. These will be

3. All Schools and colleges to have internet-enabled education. This will go a long way in terms of more job opportunities for youth.

4. Unrestricted VoIP would be implemented immediately. This will be a great step of phone using internet and almost no cost.

5. Mobile Phones connection to be raised in five years from 40 Crore to 100 Crore subscriber base. This will create more job opportunities, more business opportunities due to better and cheaper communication.

6. Broadband Internet in every town and village at cable TV prices. This will give boost to Indian youth and employment all over India.

7. Video-conferencing to be made more affordable and accessible. This means more access to information, interactive connectivity with teachers, doctors, customers, employers to get the best education, treatment, business and jobs. This will help youth, senior citizens and businessmen to a great extent, without incurring huge expenses on travel.

8. Citizens will have simple 1-800 BSNL Toll Free Number, which is accessible 24 X 7 X 365 days of the year, to contact their Member of Parliament. This will make MPs more accessible and people will be able to reach them in case of any problems.

9. The use of technology / IT will help the BJP led government in:

· Overcoming the current economic crisis

· Creating productive & sustainable employment opportunities on a large scale

· Improvement in education & Healthcare services – using tele-conferencing & telemedicine.

· Improving farm productivity resulting in prosperity among farmers using IT for water conservation, soil enrichment, procurement, marketing and credit needs of Kisans', waste elimination and taking R&D from ‘lab to land'.

· Most importantly making India's Security more robust – Both Internal & External. This will be strengthened using Measures like Multipurpose National ID Cards (MNIC).

· Making Justice delivery work – Digitisation of past court records, Listing of Current cases, removing huge backlog of cases.

10. The ‘E Gram Vishwa Gram' scheme launched by Narendra Modi ji in Gujarat's 13000 villages envisages provision of Internet-enabled education, telemedicine, veterinary services, market linkage and other agriculture-related services to kisans, payment of electricity and telephone bills, issuance of death and birth certificates, land ownership records, application forms, Postal services, reservation and purchase of bus and railway tickets, video conferencing and video broadcasting. This is to be Implemented Nation Wide!

11. Every BPL family would be given a free smart mobile phone, which can be

used even by illiterate people to access their bank accounts.

12. Implementation of the Ladli Lakshmi Scheme for girls to enable them to complete their education and become a lakh pati at age of 21. This scheme is implemented in M.P by our C.M Sri Shivraj Singh Chauhan
